Mobilising employees to deliver your sustainability strategy

The Challenge

The Fabric Care division within P&G had set ambitious long- terms goals for sustainability, around energy, water, waste and sustainable materials. The leadership team recognised that meeting these goals required the passion and involvement of colleagues from across the Fabric Care business globally. We were commissioned to help the business co-create new ideas right across the value chain, to enable a sustainable transformation of the category.

Our Approach

We created the “Care Revolution” - a co-creation programme to develop and implement ideas around the four challenge areas - energy, water, waste and materials. The programme was fully integrated into existing P&G systems and processes, therefore capitalising on existing resources and ways of working and ensuring that ideas would have the best chance of becoming reality.

We created highly engaging and visual communications materials to deliver the programme. This included video content, web content and innovation tools.

    The Impact

    • Over 10,500 employees reached through the programme
    • Over 600 sustainability ideas submitted, 100 of them were selected as winners
    • 29 projects have been funded in the first year after launch
    • These 29 projects are already being executed, with a total investment of over 1.5 million USD
